six bathrooms is probably enough
This Victorian Mansion Has Some Of The Nicest Decor We've Seen. Take A Peek Inside
Here at Digg, we're huge fans of big, beautiful old houses โ and this one is now firmly on our wishlist.
Built in 1885, the impressive Louisville, Kentucky, mansion is on the market for more than $1.12 million.
The home, which spans 7,000-square-foot across three stories, is the perfect blend of Victorian charm and sleek, modern interior design. Fourteen-foot ceilings, generously sized rooms and plenty of natural light give the place a luxurious and airy feel throughout.
The kitchen is by far my favorite room in the house; that green cabinet and exposed brick wall combo.
Like many big, expensive houses, there's an excessive amount of bedrooms (seven) and bathrooms (six.) There are also seven fireplaces throughout the place, if that's important to you.
And, if an en suite bathroom isn't luxury enough for you, or you hate having to walk more than a few steps from your bed to your bath, there's also a bedroom with a tub right in the middle of it.
Finally, there's a bright, cozy sunroom just off from the kitchen and a sizable yard out the back.
All in all, I'd say 1114 S 3rd St in Old Louisville offers pretty good bang for your buck.
